Nickel Silver Damascus Steel 8" Knife

With an authentic Argentine design, each knife features 67 layers composed of a VG10 steel core and 33 layers on each side of SS316 stainless steel, forming a delicate Damascus pattern with a hardness of 60 +/- 1 HRC.

Each blade in the Damascus collection is hand sharpened by a traditional process achieving a 15 degree edge.

The Nickel Silver Damascus Steel Knife is characterized by its subtle delicacy, creates a comfortable grip and guarantees tireless cutting, even with frequent use. The handle features long hours of work for every detail by Argentine craftsmen.

We do not recommend washing it in the dishwasher.
