Wood Damascus Steel 8" Knife

With an authentic Argentine design, each knife features 67 layers composed of a VG10 steel core and 33 layers on each side of SS316 stainless steel, forming a delicate Damascus pattern with a hardness of 60 +/- 1 HRC.

Each blade in the Damascus collection is hand sharpened by a traditional process achieving a 15 degree edge.

The Wood Damascus Steel Knife is characterized by its elegance, creates a comfortable grip and guarantees tireless cutting, even with frequent use. Its handle shows the art and precision of hand-forged knives.

It can be washed by hand, we do not recommend washing it in the dishwasher.
